Hey guys,

I have a 2012 silverado, I'm looking to go with a bigger tire than the stock 265 65 18. I would like to go with a 275 65 18. I have a R.C leving kit and weather tech flaps. Will I have any rubbing issues?

Go with 275/70

33" tall no rub with level kit

If MPG is a concern, go with the 275/65's, in a P-rated or 6-ply (like mine). The 275/70 or 285/65 will be a 10-ply. Also, the last two sizes may rub your flaps if you change to aftermarket rims in the future.

No rubbing with 275/65s, that's what I run with no leveling.

I've got no rubs with a 2" front level and 285/65/18 bfgs. Of course the BGFs tend to run slightly narrower than many brands. I doubt either would rub.
