Holy crap. My specialist tells me to come back to see him in June. I walk down the hall to book an appointment, and she said he is full until August. Uhhhhh......

Its by far not the most expensive thing there(the store), the highest sofa price was $4,998. And that one probably retails for 6-7k. In fact for the price the speakers probably suck. And like I said, I sat down and didn't want to get up, my back was very happy. My wife wanted one that reclines(I didn't really, but I guess it doesn't hurt). Didnt want a power one either. I think speakers and bluetooth is stupid on a couch, doubt I will ever use them, I have a nice home theater sound system, so no point. Yeah, it was that comfy. I doubt people much bigger than me would find it that way since as you can see the seats are semi contoured.

Yeah, can't really put a price on comfort.

I dropped almost $2-large on a mattress back in '04. Was the best mattress I've ever slept on. WAS. Barely got 10 years out of it before it formed huge divots where we sleep. Got so deep, I had constant back and neck pain. We had to flip the mattress over - I couldn't take it anymore. It's one of those pillow top mattresses that you're not supposed to flip. Cheaper than buying a new one, at least.

The couch we have now is a piece of dung. I've hated it the minute I sat on it. Wife wanted it so bad - she bought it off her boss (my best friend's mom). Was in really nice shape when we got it. It's totally destroyed now. We have towels on the cushion to cover the exposed foam. After looking at the prices of new ones, the towel started to look pretty damn good. :)

Yeah, that's where you'll find her 24/7 .. unless I'm eating supper - then she's hovering over my plate.

Keep track of that damn cat. I've got a neighbor who is sick right now because their cat got out and is likely coyote or fox meal by now.

I'm trying to figure out an under hood or rear frame mount setup with a pelican case for a cordless impact and portable jump starter.

So I got my furniture.....but they think they threw out 3 power cables and the manual without realizing there was more in the box.

They called the store to tell them it was missing stuff, and they said they will be in touch and bring out the power cables.....

How long should I wait before I call and ask when I'm getting them. They should just pull some out of another sofa and bring them tomorrow IMO.

Test drove a 2014 ram 3500 dually mega cab with the 6.4 about 2 weeks ago. Can't stop thinking about. Personally think it drove great for a one ton truck. Was nice not having the transmission clunk constantly also. Wife liked it for the extra room compared to my ext. Cab.

Well I called today and customer service said the truck should have make a second run with the power cords yesterday, so he is sending one out today. Sweet.

FCA sure makes some nice stuff these days. My dad and brother both bought '16 1500s. That 8 speed tranny feels strange, and I'm not a fan of that new, super expensive refrigerant they use, but everything else is top notch.

People are jumping off the GM train faster than I can count around here.

And to add to that, my '94 S10 plow truck took a dump on me yesterday when I needed it the most. Got 7" of snow yesterday, and wouldn't ya know, the 4x4 decides to crap out! The system on the S-series trucks is one of the worst ever engineered. Stupid vacuum servo. Who knows what broke this time - could be a vac leak, bad transfer case vac switch - I ain't crawling under that shitbox with snow dripping on my face in this weather.

Then not 20 minutes into plowing, getting stuck everywhere, even with 1k lbs of scrap metal in back, the clutch lets go! Something broke internally - I heard it clearly, and the pedal dropped like a rock. Pushrod, or fork just broke. Tranny has to come out. Might just throw it on Craigslist. I'm mad enough to set the thing on fire right now ...:mad::mad:

I like Ram trucks quite a bit but I can't see buying one when I get rid of this Jeep. They replaced the radiator in November for a coolant leak and I'm still losing coolant. They did a sloppy repair job too and didn't clean up the spilled coolant after. Never mind that Sergio is running FCA into the ground. They're not here for the long haul.

It kills me but the next truck will probably be a Tundra.

An over 20year old truck broke down plowing snow, who would have thought. Put a 1000lbs of metal in the back and the clutch goes out, damn they don't make them like they use to.

Thing doesn't barely have 100k miles! I'm not plowing a friggin Wal-Mart parking lot. It's probably 2k square feet! My Polaris ATV has managed to handle it for 11 years - why can't a Chevy truck???
