I like Ram trucks quite a bit but I can't see buying one when I get rid of this Jeep. They replaced the radiator in November for a coolant leak and I'm still losing coolant. They did a sloppy repair job too and didn't clean up the spilled coolant after. Never mind that Sergio is running FCA into the ground. They're not here for the long haul.

 

It kills me but the next truck will probably be a Tundra.

My buddy had a Tundra. Transfer case blew at 2k miles - covered under warranty. He put 120k on it (118k on the case), and it blew again. There was also something that caused a perpetual check engine light that the dealer could never figure out - something to do with the EGR, I think. He traded it for a F-150 Ecoboost, then traded that for another F-150 , only a V8.

 

He's had pretty good luck with the Fords. He puts about 35k a year on them - he own's a roofing company.

The Tundras look awesome with a wider wheel and tire combination.

Oh I don't know, I think stock wise, the newer Tundra looks decent. I'm of the opinion that large and wide tires make a truck look bad.

I think this looks awesome. I could take or leave the black wheels though, but either way it looks good.

Are the holidays over yet? I know I shouldn't complain but I'm not used to having a real job where I'm getting close to 60 hours a week. On the bright side maybe I'll buy an AK finally with all the hours I'm getting. Or maybe Ruger's new 8 shot 357 mag because there's no such thing as owning too many 357 mags. 5 shot 44 spl looks nice but it's missing a hole in the cylinder Thank you all you last minute holiday shoppers and shippers! If it doesn't get there on time, blame DHL lol

So this happened. Get a email early asking about my furniture. Guy wants to pick it up around 5-6, told him I can only do it before five. He says he can do that. I said just let me know when you are on your way, he replies he will do that. At 2:38 I get a message saying "I'm here". I reply at 2:42 saying I'll be there in 10, since I didn't know he was coming so soon. I get home at 2:51 and he is already gone.

Lol. I have always figured the UFOs are just us, skunk works projects. I have no idea why advanced Aliens would find us worth their time. Or need to try a similiar. experiment thousands of times.....On cows.

 

But Something is going on, and there are people that know but think the populace can't handle it.

I allways kid the wife, say we're like an ant farm for the big man above. Some of the ants do okay some dont. When he gets bored he'll just pour a little gas on and add fire start over.

My wife looses her mind when trying to sell things and people don't show, show too late, asks for a hundred picks and a ton of questions on what she is trying to sell. I know your pain.

Finished up installing all new fuel lines, changing the oil, and changing the transmission fluid on the Cobalt a few hours ago.

Got to Galveston and this is view off my balcony for the next few days, I hope this fog goes away!!
