2014+ Leveling Kits

Recommended Posts

Good evening Gentleman. Long time lurker, first time poster. I bought my 2016 LT CC in June of 2016. I'm currently stuck between a 2.25" procomp leveling kit or the 4" procomp lift. I'm looking at running at 20x10 -24 offset wheel on 33s. Not sure of a tire yet. Does anyone know if this will rub? I'm okay with trimming the front valance some but really not comfortable with the idea of metal trimming. If I need to go down to a 20x9 0 offset without having too many issues so be it. I'm willing to compromise...to an extent lol. Thanks ahead of time!

Yeah true. Not a fan of all that either. I've decided on the motofab 2.5" front kit but I'm going back and forth between the 1" and 2" blocks to go in the rear. Do you have any pics of your setup?

2.5 is a great safe bet for sure, and will Look awesome. Not sure if all factory blocks are 1.25, but mine were. 2.25 left me with about 1 inch of rake.

These are some pics I could dig up real quick. Hope this helps!

Thanks man! I'm running 33x12.50r20. I have a slight rub on the UCA at around 85%+ lock due to the width of the tires.

Planned on an 11.5 or so inch wide tire, but got an absolute steal on these

My buddy ordered it for me when he was ordering his kit. I think he called in cause it wasn't on their website.

Removed the RC 2 in level and installed Bilstein 5100 all around with the front set at the highest setting.14b2b255671860c5f92c49611a4da9a3.jpg

I'm...yeah. That settles it. I have an identical truck, and that's just the look I'm after. Sweet ride.

Good Looking truck for sure man! How'd you black out your ambers in the front?

Also, do you happen to have fender height measurements? Yours looks about the same height as mine, but i've got 2.5 front and 1 rear

EDIT - sorry, quoted the wrong post and dont know how to delete hahah

Do you know how the front to back now measures? How's the ride? I would like to go this route.

So through all the pages of this thread I know some guys are running the 2.5" front with a 3" block. What is your rake like? Pictures would be great!

Here's another one with 2.5" front and 3" rear with 305/55R20's. I got my 3" from RC and the ubolts had to be purchased separately.

Part #'s:

9/16-inch Square U-bolts (2.5 x 10.5)

7652

1

$29.95

3-inch Rear Lift Blocks

6594

1

$33.95

I have a difference of almost 1" at the rear fenders.

Driver side fenders are 37 1/4" front and 38 3/4" in the rear; 1.5" difference.

Passenger side fenders are 37 3/8" front and 37 7/8" in the rear; 0.5"

This is after I just put Bilstein 5100s at the highest setting on the front and no change to the back.

I know the rake in these trucks aren't always consistent but has anyone seen the difference of almost 1" in the rear? Do you think my rear passenger shock is shot causing the 1" sag? Seems weird to me at only 20,000 miles but they are the stock shocks on an LT.
