I finally got around to installing a 2", under strut leveling kit on my truck. They're the Moto Fab billet aluminum blocks. I noticed that the one of the lower bolts for the strut, on each side was contacting the cv-shaft, so I added a couple extra washers under the bolt head to bring down the height of the bolt threads extending past the nut as a temporary fix. Has any else run into this interference/contact between the fastener and the cv-shaft ?

I had the same issue. I put the bolt in from the top and put the nut on the bottom.

It didn't seem like there was enough clearance to get the bolt in from the top. I'll give it a try later tonight and see if I can get it in that way.

I didn't have any luck getting through to Moto Fab's customer service dept. Their website doesn't even show the "under-strut" lift blocks any more so I'm curious to see what they have to say.....

Just got my level kit installed! 2.5 rough country. Wheels and tires on Monday. If anyone lives in Phoenix I highly recommend Prestige Customs in mesa. $299 installed with alignment. Plus I got a deal on a set of 20 fuel mavericks and toyo mt tires. Feel free to email me , the truck rides great. Stop doing your research and get this kit.

RCX I put a set of old Nitto 285/55/20. Clear no rubbing, really didn't wanna go bigger. Still get 24.7mpg on the highway running 65.

Already ordered a set of wheels and tires. 2010 bmf wheels that are 8 weeks out due to custom engraving, and a set of toyo at2 285/55/20 that are 4 weeks away.

Plan on running the tires till april then swapping everything out.

For everyone that has a level and bigger tires, what mpg are you getting on the highway? I assume most people on here are not too worried about their gas milage given that we are putting big off road tires on our trucks. I installed a 2.5'' level with 305/55R20 Nitto trail grapplers (33.39x12.60x20 from Nittos website) I also removed the bottom plastic air dam piece or whatever the correct term is, could that play a part in decreasing my fuel economy?

Previously coming from driving a 2008 NNBS sierra with 6'' lift and 35'' tires and the small 4.8l engine with a Black Bear tune i was getting right at 15mpg cruising at 70 and that makes me think my new 2014 should be getting a little better mpg that what i am actually getting right now.

What mpg are you getting? MT tires loose a good 1/2 mpgs. I have had my lift for 5 days and am still getting 18 mpg average. My toyo MT tires will be installed tomorrow. ...
