Line-X with a Bedrug Bed mat. best of both worlds. Had that on both of my old F150's and worked out great. Only have the Line-X so far, but getting the Bedrug bed mat to go over the Line-X. Much easier on the knees when you have to get into the bed.

I got a new takeoff GM drop-in plastic liner for cheap locally (craigslist), and then I got the Bedrug BedMat to go on top of it to keep things from sliding around.

+1 ^^^ bedrugs are great. I love mine and I get plenty of compliments on it. Plus it actually protects the bed.

I ended up getting a bed rug. Decided line-x was a rip if they were charging way more in this area then others. Plus I'm getting a cap (ordered last week) and I figured it would be more SUV like. After install Of the rug, I really appreciate the foam knee protection. Actually makes sitting in the bed/tailgate barable.

Just had my Arma coating spray in Bedliner done and couldn't be happier !

My dealer did a clean job even the edge by the back window on the bed is perfect . It's important especially on a white truck with black spray on . What a nice job they did all the drain holes are there and the tail gate screws can all be removed . Was going to shoot some pictures but it's dark and raining about 36 degrees out so figured I'd pass plus I'm sure you guys have seen plenty of spray ons . For those not familiar with Arma coating it's basically very Similiar to LineX and actually LineX was developed with someone that was with Armacoat and then left the company from what I've read and been told . I've had a couple of LineX and there excellent sprayon liners and was hesitant to try something else but the price Armacoat was a good deal and very close to my house at a Reputable dealer I've delt with before . The Arma coating package I've got is basically like LineX top option with the fade protection and all the other additives a long with a life time warranty . Was pleased to see the texture and feel was the same as my LineX . Anyway just thought I'd mention Arma coating if there's one in your area I highly recommend it . As I'm sure most know how they put it on and prep your truck is very important also so just make sure it's a reputable dealer . I had mine done by All American Truck & accessory center in my area and again they did the cleanest job out of my last 3 sprayons and couldn't be happier . Even gave me a ride home and picked me up right when it was done !

A friend had black Linex sprayed in his open bed. I crawled in it a year after it was done to retrieve our luggage. I came out of there looking like I had done a 8 hr shift in a coal mine.

My guess is it was dirt , I've had 2 LineX and never had that happen but then again I spray mine out when ever I washed my trucks .

Has anyone seen or done the bed liner over the bed rails. I know there is about 1000 holes under the caps but, I was told by a line-x shop they could put metal tape over the holes and you would never see them. It would just be nice IMO so you don't have to worry about scuffs and fading.

Really impressed with my Line-X. I debated over several options and happy I went with Line-X.

Sure it can be done but I'd just utilize your rail caps , There pretty durable and look good imo .Heres my Arma coating under the rail and it came out great !

They did a real clean job on masking to especially were it was over the bed rail were there's no cap by the cab .

@TheFactor That does look good and I don't mind the caps. Its more the tailgate cap the the bed caps really. I load my bikes in and out a lot so that cap get a lot of action and has gotten ugly pretty quick.

Thanks ! Well that makes sense then with your use maybe you can go over the rail just on the tail gate .

I am suppose to pick up my 15 sierra z71 tomorrow It will have the GM bedliner in it. I have not seen the truck yet they are getting it from another dealer. Just wondering how these GM bedliners hold up.

To anyone with a bedrug... How do they do in the snow and rain? I have been thinking about getting one but I don't and won't have a cap or cover on the bed.

Is it like a wet carpet when it gets wet or will it never fully dry and get smelly?
