After several shipping delays, yesterday I finally received my new 2014 Silverado LTZ Z71 Crew Cab.

Looks great - very similar to mine except I don't have the sliding rear window. Washed it with Turtle Wax Quick and Easy because of the hard water stains, still left stains but not as bad, and waxed it again today with Maguires Quick Shine. By the time I was done, the pollen had already covered the first side I did. Doh! Darn gravity! Going to try the Collinites 925 liquid carnuba wax I use on my boat. I'll seal it before the winter and wax it again then. All the forums say it's the same as the car wax just different container. Black sure is hard to keep clean :-|

Just some crappy cell phone pics in the driveway. Just put a RCX 2.5, 275/70R18 Duratracs, and OEM color matched handles and mirror caps. Oh, and I took the air dam off. I MIGHT chrome the wheels. Maybe.

Any rubbing with those duratracs? Clean setup for sure. I would not chrome the wheels.

Nothing that I have noticed yet. No rubbing at full turn (even with the air dam on).

I have seen others put a little bigger tire on the 2.5 level, but I can't imagine how without rubbing. I didn't have to trim anything and I'm happy with the size. These are my first duratracs. I got them after a lot of research and reviews. They are smooth, but surprisingly louder than the 37" nitto trail grappler MT's on my jeep! I don't have close to enough miles on them to make an honest review, but my first impression is louder than I expected.

Man that is sweet! What did it cost you to get the flares color matched?

Also you need more Max4. God made hydrodipping for a reason!
