your comment is valid if i were to use a soap like Dawn or cheap over the counter car wash liquid that's not pH neutral.

Adam's car shampoo is pH neutral and completely safe to use in direct sunlight. it washes away without any problems when it dries. i also use softened water on my initial rinse and RO water on my final rinse; i have a water line in my garage tied into the home water softener and RO tank because the tap water here is terrible. never had a problem with spotting or degradation of sealant/wax on the finish. i do pull into the garage to towel dry though. direct sunlight is unavoidable here except at night, and i'm not one to wake up early or stay up late to do a wash

Silverado LTZ with 6.2 and 3.73 rear end. BDS 4 inch lift with 295/60/20 Toyo open country AT2 Extreme's on Fuel Maverick wheels. Still rides great and has no rubbing issues and no trimming.

rotten tomato, do you have any pictures down the side? Does that kit require a spacer in back to match front track width or does the front not get pushed out?

Good lookin truck!

New here, this is my 2014 Silverado LT

20140612_144158_zps78391173.jpgIt's a 4x4 with the 5.3 and 3.42 gears, exactly what I wanted. The 2" RC levelling kit is on it's way and just working on which tires and size I want to go with…

And now...... back to the OEM wheels (with low profile tires of course). The big wheels rode like crap to me so I went back with the stockers and small enough rubber so I don't have any more clearance issues. I'll do something to the wheels soo enough to make them a little different but for now I'm just enjoying the plush ride.

What size wheels and tires did you pull off?

Those stockers look real nice.....plush ride is super important especially on a pricey truck....
