Any rubbing with the 285/75? That's almost a 34x11.5 right? See most people go with the 285/70

My bad. 285/70/17 which I believe is 32.9 tall with nittos. And no rubbing

looks good...I remember when mine was clean! haha!

if you thought about blacking out your red "Z's" it is a pretty simple job with some good vinyl!

I actually did think about doing that.  Never done any vinyl, how involved is it?

Thanks man, your truck looks great.  I put a 2in front lift on mine.  You think I would be able to run 33in tires with the stock 17in rims with zero rubbing?

I was running 275/70r18 KO2's on my 2014 with 1.75" strut spacers from readylift and had 0 rubbing.

275/70R18 translation is (275mm * 0.7 aspect * 2 (top & bottom) * 1 in / 25.4 mm) + 18 in for rim size.  Come out to a total of 33.16" total height.  You should be good with anything under 33.4" height and 285 width.

until i did my truck i had never done it before either...it is relatively simple, and doesn't take much time (i think all three badges took me a little over an hour)...but it does take patience...i used my wife's blow dryer( instead of a heat gun and it worked fine),  an old school box razor blade, and good quality vinyl and rubbing alcohol for cleaning prep...just youtube vinyl wrap car emblem and there are plenty of instructional vids to help you along the way...my personal advise is:

1) make sure and use a larger piece and stretch it well (don't skimp and try to cut out the perfect size).

2) get GOOD quality vinyl, it does absolutely make a difference.

good luck and post some pics when you get it done!

What a difference 24 hours makes.  From an inch of mud to an inch of snow [emoji4]

5” of concrete with heating element should help with that [emoji6]

I guess you need to change your signature now.... I miss St. Pete as we moved from Pass-a-grille in 2011. I miss the weather, beach side food/drink/music and when the tourists leave. :)

How much lift or leveling do you have and what size tires. That looks great!
