7 isn't a problem unless you plan on towing, not a lot of suspension travel left. Just cut the bumpstop back for a little more room like bakerrr mentioned.

Only got the rear done today because I ran into some issues but this is 6"

I did. Thank you. The drivers side leaf mount had a hairline Crack in it right above the mounting bolt. So we cut it all the way off cleaned it up and re welded it. Had to drop the tank as well.

That sucks. Your welcome on the spacers. Post pics up when you get it done.

For sure I will. I'm going to try to find someone that gone make a plate so I can put over the repaired peice to make it stronger. It's a new truck so it shouldn't have cracked

I have a slight lean on the drivers side (like all chevys) does anyone know of a strut spacer that's 1/4"- 1/2"? To fix this lean

I used to date fat chicks to fix this in my old c10. [emoji1]

I have the rear done. It's set at 6. But it looks more like 7. Anyone have some measurements from frame to axle tube

Is anyone is wondering. I just installed my mcg 3/6 kit with bilstein 5100 shocks in the rear. It's a night and day ride. The ride is 10 times better than stock

Man, just installed a 4/6 McGaughy's on our truck and it rubs all over. I don't blame the suspension though as it was my choice to go that low as opposed to the 3/5, but rather the tire size. I put a 305/35 24 in the front as it was the only viable option I had at the time. It rubs over the smallest of dips and rubs while turning corners. Will going up to a 3" drop in the front solve my issues or will I have to start looking at alternative tire options? The front end feels very bouncy right now too, which seems to contribute to the rubbing a bit.

Long story short, I built the truck for the Toyo display at SEMA and they were planning on running a smaller, more workable tire for 24" wheels, but it wasn't ready in time for the show and I was stuck running the 305/35. Hopefully the new tires come available soon, but in the meantime I'd love to have this truck drivable because other than the rubbing it's a truly fantastic truck to drive. Any input is much appreciated!

I'm not lowered yet.. but with all my research that I've done.. cause I wanted 24's I've seen trucks with a 295/35/24 on a 4/7 drop... so that's what I have now.. just waiting for my parts to get in so I can slam this truck

What's the wheel specs? The tire size is an issue as well, tried that size a friend has on his Tahoe and it wouldn't work on my truck (3in drop in front)
