I am selling my center console and posting here first because this thread is the reason why I was able to perform this.

It is a complete console, the main part number is 22995069. I have had it in my work truck since May of 2014. I am in sales, gently used but has minor signs of wear.

I am located in Chesapeake, VA and can help with the installation if needed.

Contact me and I will send pictures. $500

Nice. How much was it total? And is that part. Number everything I need?

I have decided to keep the console in my truck, I never realized how much I loved it until I removed it this weekend.

What did you miss most? After you removed it did you get a seat to replace?

I missed where the ipad mounts the most. I am in sales and constantly using my ipad throughout the day. The ipad sits perfectly on the second edge and I have constant access to it.

The file storage is also very helpful. Its very nice to have the large storage areas.

you can order this front piece with 3 openings for the console & do away with that extra non working USB ports. It looks & fits perfect. You will need to remove plastic from the plug & cut a small notch for it to fit in as marked in red. Makes for a cleaner looking console with all working correctly.

I think I'm going to go this route...

I already have the console, but I need this plate that only has 2 12V & the 120V.

Do you have a P/N?

I can't remember the P/N because I did this several months ago. All I did to get it was take a picture of the part to the dealer & they found it in the book & ordered it. It was more or less $15 to $20. I think it's for a 2014 console but will fit all of them to 2016.

Just as an FYI. I just finished my 2nd console swap and on my 2016 Silverado with a console ordered from a 2016. I was able to get everything to work: console light, USBs inside and on top(data and charging), wireless charger, 110v outlet and all of the 12v sockets

The console itself is just over 32lbs. My zip is 91730.

I added pictures of the damaged area and of the console.

I removed it from the truck with about 10,000 miles and sadly that little cover broke while it was being stored.

Did you end up selling the console? I know it was over a month ago that you posted it. I'm local to you and would pick it up this weekend if it's still available.

Thanks to all the input on this thread. I placed and order 2 weeks ago from gmpartsonline.net for the exact parts numbers needed to convert my 2015 SLT Cocoa/Dune Console.

After jerking me around on multiple phone calls which was initially because vin#s didn't match the parts, which I appreciate the double check, they finally tell me that the main console assembly has been discontinued by GM?! Not their fault but the phone support is horrendous. They only know how to order parts that are an exact match. Forward me around the building at least 8 times only to find out they can't get he part that I paid for 2 weeks ago.

Rant over. Does anyone have another supplier that you would recommend?

I think the part number for this panel is 22781205. It's only around $13 + shipping so I'm going to order one to find out for sure. Im getting sick of staring at my non-working usb ports.

Hi all! Does anyone want the jump seat style center console in trade for the non-seat center console. I just got a 2016 color-black interior and want the non seat style center console. Let me know if interested. 616-795-5542

    • I will admit I haven't experimented much with pressure drops beyond the numbers I put in and part of that is that the numbers I used are fairly low and then found out it would trigger regardless at that 35 psi. Having said that I had tried before had changed the placard pressures and being that I have a 1 ton set to 80 on the placard for the rear I believe it triggered close to 60, the front I don't recall now for sure but thought maybe it could get close to 45 from that factory 60 placard pressure. So I never did figure out if it was a number of psi from placard pressure to the alarm or a percentage of the total placard number as some figured it was like a 25% drop from placard pressure would trigger it. So as to try and answer your question, I believe I set the placard pressure on the front to 47 or so and while I run the front tires at 40, they have dipped below that some if its colder and I haven't put "winter air" in yet and never once have had the front alarm go off. I would say that the answer your looking for is no, that if you set your placard pressure to 45, you have a certain amount of room to drop below that pressure before the alarm will go off.    The pressures you decide to run in your truck, that ends up being what makes sense to you based on what your carrying in your truck or if towing, then have to bump them back up to something that will carry the load in the rear and the fronts typically left at the same pressure. It all comes down to that chart I put the link to and using an accurate roadside scale to be your guide, both unloaded and then loaded to know your minimum safe pressures.    I just wish GM would allow a person to change the readings for the tire pressures to the English system of pounds as I have to look at that goofy metric reading that will never ever jive in my head and will go over and change it just to figure out what they are if need be and then change it back.
    • That part I understand, that the dealer can do it. But I'm not understanding why updates that were available to the truck since it left the factory, or the dealership originally, would not still be available to it without dealer intervention.   I'm thinking along the lines of recalls. They stay available until they are completed. Why not updates as well, especially since some of those can be safety related also?
    • That's good to know, but I don't think I'll even be running them under 45 in the rear  unless it's on the sand or something but will only be for a short distance anyways!    I didn't read all the instructions in the booklet yet, but do you know let's say I set the rear psi on the placard to 45, will the warning light come on soon as it drops under 45 or is there a percentage it has to drop from the set value before the warning light is triggered?
    • That's bad.  Like, its probably destroying the stub axle the CV slides into.   Do you have a proper lift installed with differential lowering brackets?  Did you install AT4/Trail Boss factory CV axles?
    • Hot? New Jersey? Today? I was working on my old 2000 Silverado 1500 today. Believe me, it was boiling hot today. As it has been.
