adult oriented ads on the site

Is there not a way to get rid of these ads. I don't need to see some ad for a game that is nothing but a bunch of animated boobs bouncing around. This is the first site I have seen this one, is the site hurting for money that it needs to resort to allowing these ads on the site?

I get the same bounce boob game ad too. It only comes on my laptop. My son plays online games so it probally comes from there. With the mobile theme on my phone i rarely see any ads.
