Can I see more on this? I may want it somewhere else, but I like the idea of this. Does it still draw charge when truck is off?

I wired it to the lighter circuit that is inside the center console. That circuit is switched so it doesn't draw power when the truck is off.

It was tough getting in there to it without removing the entire console but I made it work.

I have a piggy back charger in the garage with an extra battery. Just plan on swapping batteries after using the flashlight for a while to make sure it's charged up for next time.

I also have the DC quick charger for the streamlight to accelerate the process a bit.

Here's exactly where you need to tap into for switched power on the lighter circuit.

The red with the blue stripe and the black underneath it are the lines going to the lighter circuit in the armrest.

If you want to tap into the continuous power circuit then use the two plugs in the front.

To get to this all you need to do is open the armrest and pull up on the top portion of the center console starting at the rear. It pops right out.

I took it a bit farther and removed the entire console. And wired it in like this:

I found a rediculously cheap price on a brand new Z71 Grille on Craigslist late saturday night!! So yesterday I went and picked it up and swapped out the grilles real quick!!!

Was the before grill blacked out? The only difference I see is the badge... What am I missing???

I didn't like the Honeycomb!! I wanted the straight horizontal and vertical lines of the Z71 Grill.

My bad! Guess I need new glasses... could hardly see the differance. Mine is all chromed and I would have taken the blacked out honeycomb grill... C@@L!

Yeah it's a little hard to see from the pictures. I prefer the Z71 grille also. For '15 the Z71 grille is supposed to be painted the "Argent" (gray) color and have horizontal chrome inserts. Pictures haven't been released yet, but I think I like mine.....

Installed a set of replica black chrome sierra wheels (20x9) along with 275/60r20 Toyo ATIIs. Also, finally removed the front air dam and installed an Airaid CAI.

Just picked up my new baby yesterday! Today I created a list of things she's gonna need... Line-x bedliner, nerf bars, rear underseat storage, black grained mudflaps... That list will grow for sure haha

Your a long way from me... Don't think I can drive down and swap it out... LOL. Let me know if you put it up on the for sale forum... BIG swap meet next Sunday here in Toledo Ohio and I have a trailer load of stuff to take.
