Is an in person tune by a professional on a dyno better than a canned tune well yeah probably. Does that make the canned tunes worthless absolutely not. For a few hundred bucks and a few minutes of time you can get a little bit of that seat of the pants feeling of a power increase, fix that crappy stock shifting these trucks seem to have, and correct for tire size changes. For the person who just wants the truck to drive a little better a canned tune can be well worth it.

Installed a self dimming rear view mirror on my LT. I hid the old factory connector since this pic was taken.

This is a few weeks ago but removed the last of the body molding and drove to the lake in the rain (it's low: at winter pool in the pics). Just washed and waxed with Collinite 845 yesterday. Cannot wait for warm weather.

It was just that single pin to keyed 12v, correct? In the number 2 spot on the plug?

It's simple +12V and ground... I ran it across the headliner, down the pillar and into a keyed 12V source in the black box with the open plug GM lists for upfitters. Nice to have the truck join the current decade or century in terms of mirrors.

Which pin had to be grounded? The write up only lists adding one pin to the number 2 spot and tapping it into the airbag light. That's a keyed 12v on.

Today we installed the headers on mine.... I say we meaning my tuners shop.... I supervised haha

They are American Racing 1 7/8 with off-road Y

And got a wideband tune good god that woke it up.

Now the truck is way too loud probably going to replace the muffler with something that's baffled or a resonator or something cause dayum.... This bitch is loud.

I didn't secure mine either. I lift up slightly and and pull it out like a drawer. The husky mat holds it in place really well. 3 car seats in the back make it hard to fold the seat up to access. So now it's at least useful.

Plasti-Dipped my "All Terrain" floor emblem today...it was getting a little worn out so I gave it a shot. First time plasti dipping anything. I'm happy with it as long as it holds up.

Truck is very dirty...
