How is the navigation volume to music volume ratio? I put an android radio in my wife's car and the navigation volume is pretty low unless you have volume cranked up on music.

I mainly use Waze for just driving around for the notifications (police, hazard, etc). Even when I set a destination, I only have alerts on. I believe with the OEM unit it was adjustable. In Waze, you can adjust the navigation volume in settings.

The Android unit does have some separate settings, but haven't adjusted them. So far the alerts sounds the same. Next time I take it out, I'll turn on full

 notification.

I've missed something..

Thermal bypass valve?

Essentially the transmission thermostat, as Homewrecker stated. GM made a revised TBV with a temperature of 158F, as opposed to the original 194F. You can tell when someone is running the updated part because they stamped it with the number '70.'

I'm at the age/mileage where I thought it was a good idea to take some sort of preventative measures to avoid potential 6L80 failure, and I felt very comfortable with this solution :)

EDIT: I just realized this was a really late response, sorry lol

Well I got the seats all put back in and put the Airbag back in steering wheel. Had it out for unrelated reasons. Fired it up to check everything and got a service safety restraint system warning. After plugging into truck I found that the passenger presence module was not there on new seat. So back to playing with wiring for me. Module is now out of the old seat just have to modify new seats harness and add everything on the seat.

Finally finished all the seat wiring plugged in to the truck all works both seats and no extra lights on in the dash. All the plastic trimmings will be going back on tomorrow. And the seats will be bolted down.

Ported l86 intake manifold. Not quite done yet though; looking at opening the bottom of the snout so it's 87mm.

Changed the cabin filter on the 2014 All Terrain. Also popped out the headlight switch and took out the Auto lights spring. Removed grille and cleaned out a giant birds nest. Greased the frontend. Started swapping out the fog lights. Removed and painted the door handle trim pieces from the 2018 Elevation to cover up the ugly wood grain. And swapped the 2014 All Terrain door trim pieces in to the 2018 Elevation. The new interior is all back together on the 2018 fully functioning. I still need to add the live view mirrors camera but i need to fab up something to get past the sport bar.24778.thumb.jpeg.5369feea342a96ef868094da155699bd.jpeg

I'm interested in the end results. I would like to put the l86 intake on my l83 with a 91mm throttle body.

Installed the newly painted doors trim pieces on the 2014 and got the front put back together after removing the bird home. Also after the cabin filter change the blower fan will blow you out of the cab now.🤣 Installed the cell phone booster in the 2018. Wednesday it's going to the dealership for Oil change and transmission thermostat update. New throttle body will be here Monday for the 2018.20230408_144543.thumb.jpg.dcbb8f2c4938ff08e091c52c9b3a37d8.jpg20230408_144620.thumb.jpg.4f558571512c7ebe16081b407dd70796.jpg20230408_144556.thumb.jpg.b4975919f099140aee717fedf202fc2e.jpg

Are you going to paint the dash trim ???

Eventually I'll get it covered in carbon fiber wrap or covers undecided just yet. I will be painting the upper half of the trim in both trucks black when I get the headliner recovered in black fabric.
