Question, at redline in manual mode, does it bounce off the limiter or treat you like your stupid and shift for you?

My 6 trusts its driver, its a little touch I love, let's you know your in control. PLEASE tell me Chevy didn't botch that. They have been doing so good lately. The Malibu facelift, the Stingray, the SS being great, the Z/28.....(just ignore the truck prices)

Nah I did though lolsent from my truck in a field

He probably said "Chick in a big truck. She probably welds too. Don't want to mess with that"

It bounces off of the limiter. Also stays in whatever gear you're in if you hammer down. Did that going fifty in fifth and felt like a moron when it dogged me bad. :banghead:

Did that in my truck once while manually shifting it. Damn thing slammed gears so quick I sometimes lost track. Caught up in the power lol!

I learned that I can keep it in Stabilitrac competition mode and it actually changes the steering to a firmer more responsive feel. I can leave the transmission in sport mode and until I use the tap shift or paddle shift it will continue to shift automatically but more aggressively with firmer shifts. Learning new stuff everyday.
