Anybody running 0 offset wheels with 33x12.50's and have a 2.5" leveling kit and no rubbing? I have the 2" kit and rub at full lock in reverse. I know some people zip tied part of the liner. Would the extra .5" spring spacer eliminate the rubbing or should I use the zip ties? If any of you have used the zip ties can you post a pic of where you used them? Thanks in advance!

Still trying to figure out if the extra 1/2 of the leveling kit would help clear the tires. Thanks in advance!

I know there hasn't been much response to your question....so I'll try to help a little. I'd try the zip ties first. From what I've seen, guys are drilling a small hole in the back corner of the liner, about an inch from the bottom, and then pulling the liner back towards the firewall. And as far as the extra .5" helping....I'd say to jack the front end up .5" with a floor jack and turn the wheels to see if it helps...

Thank you sir! Yeah I have no idea why I didn't even think of jacking up the front end a tad, I guess oversight on my part. The zip ties on the inner corner of the liner I don't think will work for me since mine is rubbing in the very middle of the liner. Appreciate your feedback and I have some tinkering to do over Thanksgiving!

No problem. I don't really know first hand what works, as my truck is the previous generation. I'm just going from what I've seen and read. Apparently, the guys rubbing the corner of their liners are still using stock rims. It seems that your 0mm offset rims have moved the location where the tires get closest to the liner. You may have to get creative with a carpet knife to fix the problem, haha

Haha probably true, but "technically" I had these wheels on the other truck too so they aren't "new" so they don't "count", at least that's how I'll rationalize it lol

Speaking of, how do you like that body lift? Looks like it doesn't leave too much frame exposed etc.

Are any of you running hub centric rings? I know most aftermarket wheels are lug centric and you follow a certain mounting procedure to get them seated right. I have some that I put on, but might pull them off if they are unnecessary. Just wondering if there are any cons to using the centric rings if any wheel experts can weigh in. Thanks!

I think hub centric is the better choice when buying wheels. If you can get hub centric rings to use with your wheels, I'd suggest doing it. Just make sure you use some emery cloth on the hub and make it nice and clean before to eliminate any possible issues.

Agreed, hubcentric is the way too go, whether the wheels being hub centric (rare) or using hubcentric rings. Yes lug centric torqued correctly should get you square but the added alignment of the hubcentric rings just gets you that much more square. And there are no CONS to them at all

Thanks for the feedback guys. I have some Gorilla rings 106 outer bore to 78.10 stock bore, but they don't quite fit as well as I would like but seem to be the only ones I could find in that size. Do you all have any suggestions for another brand that might have a better fit?
