Haha yeah it made me want to do the same thing! He had to do a good amount of trimming of the felt liner. But it doesn't rub. They were Nitto Terra Grappler G2s

Another guy had the trail grappler MT's and it rubbed a little more because they run taller. I'll see if I can find them and link it out to you.

Here is my current setup, came on the truck. No idea on the front level amount, thinking 2.5" with 3" rear block. 18" kmc machete with 275/70 bfg ko2's.

I have no idea on the offset and backspace, when I look on the kmc site they don't even list these wheels as fitting on the Sierra 1500? ?

I was wondering what offset and backspace I would need to get the tires to tuck in a little more flush? I won't add flares and I don't care for how much these fling rocks onto the rocker panels. They don't stick out much but I want them more flush, I'm looking at either another set of kmc wheels or possibly some fuel wheels. Thanks for any info you guys got

Anyone....

I'm looking for a stance of about 1" out side of fenders.

How bad will I be beating up my paint? Will I be throwing rocks up the side of my truck?

I feel the paint is really thin already and I have 3 or 4 places that need touched up on a truck with less than 1100 miles on it. I don't really want to destroy my new truck.

Thanks for any and all help....

Hi Mike. It's a BDS 6" lift with Fox all around and a Zone 1.5" body lift.

The wheels on my truck are flush and they are 20x9 wheels with +12mm offset. with a 295/55/20 tire.

Would you mind posting a pic or two? Your tires are wider than mine by about 3/4" so it makes me wonder if I would be fine with the +12 or if I'd go with a different one since my tires are a little narrower?

Those wheels look great!

Do they throw rocks up bad???

If I had to guess I would guess that's the -12 offset the KMC website shows for those wheels.

If you wanted them tucked in more you could get the same wheels in a +18 offset and that would tuck them in about 3cm

These are 275/65/18 on 18x9 +12 offset. The sidewall is flush with the top of the fender opening.

Thanks, while I do like the wheels I'd prefer more black. And yes they throw them pretty good, the rocker panels are pretty chipped but I'm thinking maybe some mud flaps and running boards will help significantly

285 with a -12 offset. GMC put's a coating on the underside of the SLT that protects the paint from road debris and chips pretty well. not sure if its on all models and chevy's as well.
