Auto "up" on power windows?

Do all the power windows have an automatic "up" mode on them? It seems like the drivers along with the rear two windows do on my double cab, but the passenger does not. Does this sound right?

All 4 are express down, only the drivers side front is express up. Rumor is it can be changed in the BCM but it would have to be done by a 3rd party person. He is on this board, his name is GTPprix (Chris White)

Anybody else find them a bit touchy? Seems like I can never get mine to do exactly what I want on the first attempt.... I'm closing in on 3 months of ownership, but still haven't quite figured out the trick apparently.

The touchy driver window is one of the few things I don't absolutely LOVE about this truck.

My crewcab made in late Feb 14 has it on both front windows. Pain in the axe. I thought I read in the manual that there is a selection in the DIC to turn it on and off.

Both have auto up? Really? Please confirm and report back. My Denali (Dec build) only has auto up on the driver side.

My truck built 03/14 only has auto up on the driver side. I have an ltz model if that counts for anything

It could probably be changed, but would require different switches and a BCM module. You can feel the drivers side switch has a few "notches" when pulling up the other switches do not

build date of august 2013

All of the switches have the notches or stops, the BCM would just need to have the programming changed. I already asked Chris White about it and he said it can be done. Only bad is cant drive the truck until you get the BCM back from him.

I'll have to check again, but I thought they all have a notch going down, but coming back up the driver side is the only one with the notch.

Yeah this another place where GM dropped the ball IMO. My dads F-150 has auto up and down on all windows and all switches. I mean it would have only been a little extra programming to accomplish this.

I agree. Its not often that people roll their windows partially up or partially down, its either fully up or down. It would've been nice.

The switches have a "double detent" so to speak...if you push it/pull it so far it is manual control, if you push/pull all the way it is express. Would require GM to put new switches all the way around.
