Funny my 14 denali has zero issues and runs 9.1 stock in the 1/8th. Has plenty of power. You should have never got a 3.23 rear gear.

My 14 Silverado is in the dealer shop again for the vibration, and they gave me a new 15 Silverado CCSB, 4.3, Bridgestone 17s, as a loaner.

This 15 is amazingly smooth. It rides the way it should. No unusual vibrations at all. Hate the V6, but love the way it rides.

I don't want new people to the forum to come in here thinking all the trucks are junk so I, too, wanted to throw-out that I have a flawless 2014. 5.3 with 3.42 gears and 1,500 miles. Not a damn thing wrong with it.

Im happy for you guys, enjoy those flawless 2014s, I sincerely wish i had bought one too, but, I thought this thread was about 2015s.

Im not into heated leather seats, but the 15 loaner has them and they do make it better to sit on that leather on cold mornings.

But seriously to OP. Now you are just looking for issues. And that will drive you crazy because every vehicle you drive will have issues. Nothing is perfect.

You have whined and complained as well and everytime you get a chance you jab a knife in somebody's back and act like yours has no issues. You have even said that you are beginning to hate your truck. You have also mentioned that you have thought about getting a Ram.

I know my truck is far from perfect. And I'll admit it has some issues and I have made them apparent on the forums. All my "complaining" posts have been in the troubleshooting/issues sub-forum where that type of material is discussed at length. I'm not on here to complain, I'm on here to discuss the issues and get feedback from other members who might be experiencing the same thing.

Whereas this thread is a full on complaint about three trucks and how crappy the transmission feels, how it vibrates and how bad the interior was put together.

Didn't you just buy a Ram? Is it that you want to do a pile on the Bow tie? Not all of us got a bad one. I can tell you horror stories on some Ram one tons Ive had, it happens. I got a buy back on a 94 one ton Ram, bought a 95 V10 and she blew at 40K. I still came back and bought a 2011 Ram and it was a good one. You need to hang out on the Ram sites to see if they fix the timing chain braking problems on the Hemi, that hit around 40k miles. Bad chain guides.

Yes, I just bought a Ram however I will defend myself. If someone takes pop shots at me then I will send them right back at them. Did you read all of the comments back and forth between fondupot and myslef on this thread before commenting?

Ive owned over 50 new and used GMs in the 40 years Ive been driving, never had a bad one. Ive had 6 Rams 2 were bad it happens. I was one of the ones wishing you luck on your Ram. Nothing to do with fondupot, just couldn't understand the bashing of GM when yours is gone. This is an enthusiast forum after all, you made clear your not one. Good luck with the Ram.

Nothing to do with fondupot, just couldn't understand the bashing of GM when yours is gone. This is an enthusiast forum after all, you made clear your not one. Good luck with the Ram.

I have bought 6 brand new GM vehicles since 1998, trust me I am/was a GM guy at heart. It is what it is though.

You won't be the only one not buying a new GM again. After all the problems with my Wife's Cruze, and now mine is acting weird sometimes I'm done buying from them. Resale is so horrible on them we can't even get rid of the damn things. I've been diehard GM my whole life, but no more. Really disappointing.

I've had 16,000 trouble free miles in a year with my GMC. How do you like the Ram? I was very unimpressed with the one I drove but, it was a very basic trim level.

This is my 3rd Chevy full size (only owned Chevy full sizes) and the only problem I've had with any of them was with my 98 which was self inflicted from how I used to drive it and treat it. I'm die-hard GM, but if I had to get a diesel primarily for towing I would probably get a Ram Cummins. I would never get a Ram with the HEMI because of all the problems they seem to have and that's added to an already high maintenance for the new gen HEMIs. I like the old school HEMIs though.
