You fire non-jacketed bullets in an auto? I've only done that with wheel guns.

10s of 1000's of rounds between my dad and myself. Never had an issue. Most people I know that reload use lead in their semi autos. I use good hard alloy bullets, lead round nose 125 grain in my 9mm's and lead round nose flat points in my 45 acp loads. I like winchester super field for the 9mm and wichester super target does the trick for the 45's.

I pretty much only exclusively shoot my own cast bullets and reloads way cheaper that way, it doesn't matter if it's out of my semi autos or out of my revolvers.

Glock 26 9mm. Looking to get some Cerakote done to it in the Southern NH area to add some jazz. Also, would like to add night sites; can I get some suggestions to not break the bank?!

You can use lead nose. Just gotta clean a little more after.

Honestly it depends on the gun, my current guns with the Mpro7 cleaner that I use I don't have to clean much more than jacketed. I also only load my rounds to a medium power factor.

Glock will put night sights on it if you send it to them.

The range in Manchester put night sights I bought on my Glock for me. This was several years ago now so I'm not sure if they might have moved their service work to the Hooksett store.
