I don't see it... Hehe

Took me a while to find your wires, I could see yours weren't 180* boots on plugs and I looked for days trying to find that set. I got the 135* boots and couldn't have asked for better fit.

I was actually gonna get a different color so we weren't twinkies but I said phuk it, blue looks sweet.

I'm a Higgs Groupie.

Looks familiar to me too... lol but I copied off of TDT. I liked the 135 degree angle. I bought a set of MSD's too in case thesen wouldn't work, but I think I'm going to send the MSD's back.

I had American Racing Headers with the off-road pipe hooked up to a Corsa Sport Exhaust, I had to change the midsection to a high flow cat because it was too loud and raspy.

It helped reduced the sound by 25%, but still has an extreme rasp to it.

I'm looking for a new setup that will eliminate the rasp with the long tube headers, let me know what you guys have, thanks.

Do you happen to have a sound clip of the ARH catted with the corsa sport? I have the corsa sport on my truck and I'm wondering how bad the rasp is..

I have a very bad rasp from my Kook headers with cats and the Corsa exhaust. So bad, i plan on changing it out very soon. I'll try getting a video clip of it soon.

Man, I'm bummed out now. I upgraded from my Magnaflow 18" to the full Corsa cat-back a month or so ago and the long term plan was to upgrade to ARH or Kook longtubes with the catted y. But after a few comments on here I'm certain its gonna be too loud since I daily my truck and drive about ~30k miles a year. As the truck sits I don't like to remote start it when its cold because its soo loud and the sound bounces off my apartment building.

Did you go sport or touring?

I don't have cats with my touring and headers and it's no where near too loud when not under heavy throttle. Now when you're on it, that's a different story. I would not want the sport though. It is a little raspy, but not sport bad.

I love remote starting in the morning. I usually open the garage, go back inside get my briefcase, coffee, etc and remote start as I'm walking out the door. Just sounds so good lol. I've got 14" magnaflow tho

I went with the Sport. I know Fondupot contacted Corsa directly and was able to purchase a touring muffler off of them. I might go that route.

The issue is that my parking stall for my apartments faces my apartment building hallway, so when the truck is on, it resonates throughout the hallway and just causes this loud echo. I would hate to be that guy at my apartment.

I'm in Fort Worth too. You're welcome to come by and hear what the touring sounds like with headers. Justin is tuning at my clinic next weekend. He comes here about every 3-4 months and has a tune meet.

You're welcome to look us up. He will be here the 18-20. It's Rickords Animal Hospital, 1029 E. Harmon Rd. Fort Worth 76131

Shoot me a message and I'll arrange a time that I'm around to let you hear/ride in the cab.

Sweet I need to get a retune for a few changes I have made. Going to see if I can setup a time for that on Saturday.

Me too, my tune previous tune with Justin was only a 91/93, I would really like a dedicated e85 tune as I've been running that quite a bit now. I'm gonna message Jenna bear about cost and open slots.
