What does it take to add Nav to a non-nav GMC?

Found the truck I want, it just has OnstarNav. How difficult is it to add Nav to it? Or can it even be done?

anything can be done with enough money. but I sure it would be a headache. Probably best just to get a new aftermarket head unit with NAVI....... factory navi sucks. I use my google smartphone for Navi every time.

its no ridiciulosuly over priced its not worth it. im seeing 700.00 plus to over a G to make non nav to Nav

Even when my navigation was up to date, I didn't use it that much. Now that my navigation is 2 years out of date. I never use it. I turn on google maps and let it play over bluetooth. 10x better.

Doesn't look difficult if this will work in your truck.

 

This is available for a 2015, not sure if it will work in a 2014

Guy at work offered me $4k more than its worth, he has been bugging the hell out of me lately so I sold it to him. Looking at a 2016.

The factory nav sucks!!!!! I have it in my ltz. Go by a garmin.

 

I'm not getting it to use it, Im getting it because Im OCD with vehicle options.

I have for sale a factory HMI Navigation unit with antenna that you swap with your HMI behind the glovebox

 

I bought it from Kodiakz a vendor here on the site for my 14 Sierra that didn't have navigation and he will reflash it to whomever buys it's VIN #

Hmmm I guess you called them because I don't see a price listed for the 14-15 trucks. If you are going off of the 07-14 pricing that is with upgrading from the base radio to the screen.

this is who I got my Nav Upgrade kit from I also got the new tailgate handle with the back up camera every thing was very easy to install did it all in about 20 min
