Any tips for installing a 60 inch flush mount tool box. I want it slightly elevated so that it is even with the height of the bed. It is 60 inches long, 18.5 inches high and 20.5 inches deep.

Also my truck has a Duraliner. We want to know if you filled the valleys in the liner. If you did fill it what did you use? Caulking ideas - Fix-all? Epoxy?

 

How did you elevate yours? Did you use a large washer with carriage bolts and locknuts ? or use a strap to bolt through for extra distributions of force inside the toolbox from the edge of the bottom to the edge of the bottom, front to back.

 

Did you drill the front holes through the cross beam or just the floorboard?
