How do you sit in your seat?

I know everybody has their style. I like to be able to see the my hood and the front of it(when the hood begins to curve down) over the top of my knuckles; i also like to hve only a slight bow of my elbows when holding the wheel, and I have the back leaned back to where my head doesn't touch the headrest

i like to be high enough that i can comfortable put my left arm on the window sill (is that what it's called on a truck?)

i also like to be more 'vertical' and not 'laying back' in my seat

Over the years, I became used to sitting mostly with same setup as wife. So, probably a little closer and more upright than most. I do like the head rest slightly back from head but close enough I can lean back against it on longer trips. Odd thing is I've had to adjust to viewing dash/instruments through bifocals :-(

I usually put my ass on the bottom part and my back against top part. Sometimes I hold the steering wheel with 2 hands, but usually with just 1. Really need a free hand to shoot the middle finger at the idiot drivers.....

What kind of topic is this? Are we now so desperate to talk about something that we are resorting to how to sit in a damn seat?

Lmao, i guess so. Idk, man. I was towing my welder earlier and just kind of noticed how everybody sat different, more or less. So that made me curious haha

Poorly for the first month, then either may back adjusted to the seat or the seat got a little softer. I still like the seats in my `09 way better.

I hear doing this adds 10HP ... needs more testing.

I bet Black03Yukon was totally 'that' kid growing up  . I had two older brothers so it was usually a game of who would get in trouble and get the reach around backhand first :smash: .

Im really short...like 5'4. Sooo....just imagine how my seat and wheel are adjusted

All I know is when someone else adjusts it it takes me two weeks to get it back to where I like it ha ha.

I notice most other vehicles the seat is leaned back like a Lazy Boy recliner. Not me, I think you should be awake when driving - but I am old school about things.
