That's pretty cool where did you get those?

I wasn't trying to bicker either - I was trying to help. SuperSierra thought it wouldn't work on adjustable pedals but it does help a little so I didn't want to see somebody with adjustable pedals skip the mod when it doesn't take any money or time to try it out. Also when I said no special writeup needed I didn't mean his video was worthless, just the opposite, I meant no special writeup was needed for the adjustable pedals. Just follow the instructions he had already posted in that video for the non-adjustable pedals.

I got the info to do it to my adjustable pedals from others on these forums so I agree that we all come here to get help. No harm meant to anyone. I can handle the criticism I just don't like being called names by others when I was just adding my and others experience and was civilized about it (if you read my posts I never called anybody names in fact I was the one who got called names by others).

I agree that we should get this thread back on track. I hope to keep getting (and giving) good advice from these forums. Hatchet buried

Hey guys, new and just wanted to share a couple under $50 mods I did myself quick and easy. First is the light strips behind the grille ($45). For the interior I have different light strips to light the floor ($25) and did the ceiling lights as well ($6).

I wasn't sure if I wanted to white out led stripping in the cab and behind the grill but after seeing that red I think my mind is changed!!! Do you have any links or brands?

SuperSierra-thanks

CodeyD13- the grill lights are OPT7 and they have 24 colors so you can do white and red and more

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01BW5ZGSC/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The floor lights are:

https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B000UVCK9S/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

The ceiling lights were the trickiest part. I could not find actual bulb replacements that fit, some online said they did but they were wrong. I used filters that are for photography and just put them in front of the bulb. They actually make it red and let through a ton of light I can still see everything fine. It says they are no longer in stock but I attached the link figuring you could find something similar if you wanted. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B004A9PMGE/ref=yo_ii_img?ie=UTF8&psc=1

the gels are what i also used to colour my cabin lights... but i used blue

they work great and i still get a lot of light in the cab at night... it's not as bright as white (of course), but i can still see lots. (and if i'm having an issue seeing i've got a little flashlight in the center console)

Man I love RGB LED's! Are the ceiling lights RGB as well?

"Rigged for Red!!!" I love it. That is on my list of mods to do.

Alexantics- sadly no, that would be the coolest thing in the world if they were. I did the ceiling lights with some colored film slipped between the bulb and light fixture. I think bc-Chris did the same.

RavenKeeper-it was super easy and cheap to do and it is what I get the most compliments about so you should definitely
