Long term driving in manual 5th??

Curious as to what car that is Stan?  I still have my old 71 Chevelle SS with 4 speed and 3.31 12 bolt. At 70 mph it turns 3k. Peak torque comes on @ around 3250 so almost a perfect match for cruising at that speed. I wasn't much of a "rodder" but if an 18 wheeler was tailgating me even at 70mph, opening up the spreadbore made for almost an instantaneous dot in the rearview.

I’ve had almost all lettered and numbered cars from the sixties and 70s. And built a few. My wife liked rice burners for awhile. In 2000 she wanted an intagra. This was after a impala ss and a Z-28. I protested but it’s her choice. While there I saw hanging out of closet a yellow car with an oversized wing. I asked what’s that? An Acura intagra type R. I said that’s the one to get. It took a year we got a black one. She drove it a year. It got parked next to my toys. I got rid of my collector cars. We still have it. I recently started to appreciate its standing. Luckily I never modified it.
