After 3 years, back in a Chevy! 6.2L

Well guys, I'm back in a Chevy! After being away for 3 years, I'm back. 2014 Chevy Silverado Crew Cab 6.2L LTZ. I love this truck! It's everything I ever wanted in one, wish it was 16-17 model yeah. But I can't complain too much!

Gonna colormatch the door handles and mirror caps. Add darker tint, new wheels and maybe a black grille. Get HID's, different exhaust, and eventually a BlackBear tune. Also, I'll end up putting a leveling kit on it. And do 305/50/20s with new wheels. Something like I did on my old truck. You think that would look good guys?

I would do another lift like I did, plan to keep this one one for awhile. Wear and tear killed my other one. It's nice for looks and such. But this 6.2L i just wanna keep it simple for now. But here are the pics, including my old setup before my lift.

Opinion and suggestions are welcome, thanks!

When you're ready for color matched door handles, and mirror caps, I have some. Pulled them off my 17 with 5k miles

Man should have held out 1 more year for the new truck. Could have gotten that first 4 cylinder 2.7 turbo! ... If you think I'm kidding just wait.

Nice truck, miss my 6.2 all the time.

Truck looks awesome. I thought those lights were already the hids?

These are halogen lights, but HID's in 5K would look really good! Had 6K on my old truck,

Congrats. Welcome back to the club!

How about that. I miss having a GM truck and just miss being on here a lot, actually. You gain a wealthy amount of info on here.

I have no idea. Probably just change the muffler out and dump it over the rear exhaust for clean look, that's what I've done on my last 2 trucks. Thinking of Flowmaster, Magnaflow or Borla.

I'm ready now, will they fit on my '14? Gloss black, right?

Thanks man, this site is very helpful. Probably the best one on the web, imo.

Long time no see bud, welcome back! Where in VA are you located?

Thanks bud! Over here in SWVA, not too far away from Bristol, VA.

Welcome back to GM. Just over the mountain from you near Boone, NC. Nice truck. Hope she treats you right.

Welcome back. I like your comment about keeping it simple on this truck. I think the stock wheels and stance on your '14 look good. I'd consider a +1 on the tire size and maybe a 1.5" front level but keep the rest stock.
