A sad day driving to work on Thursday morning when a car going the same way as me turning left decided to hop back into my lane without checking their blindspot. Needless to say I smashed into them in my baby..

Pics don't work, sorry to hear about the accident.

Can you see them now? Thanks for the condolences !

Yes they work now. Will you get it repaired? Enough to break a tie rod, damn!

Crazy eh? I'm going to get it repaired seeing as it's fully covered by the others insurance, I'm just afraid it's never going to feel the same as it did prior to the accident..

Damn that sucks! I almost hit a jack ass last night that decided it was a good idea to turn into my lane while I was going 65mph. If I didn't stop I would of hit a little Honda Civic on the rear passenger tire and probably would of sent that car flying. Definitely did get a good scare out of it.

They'll fix her up good as new, just make sure that whoever fixes it checks over the steering rack really good for anything bent/broken.

Sorry that your baby got hurt. What was the other person driving? And what did their vehicle look like? Hopefully they have great insurance. And make sure that you get diminished value included in your claim.

I have blind spot monitoring in my 2015 Mazda 6 and it has saved me too many times to count. You would think they would offer it in GM trucks....should be standard equipment for all vehicles.

I have blind spot monitoring ...

I have them on my truck, and in 80 mph LA bumper to bumper traffic their mostly for the driver you are about to cut off. Within 3 blinks of the blinker in LA traffic you have to either be in the other lane or stay home. But even if you check your blindspots, this type of accident doesn't happen because of a little bit of skill and a lot of luck.

The truck can be repaired or replaced, you were not hurt is the main thing.
