Saddlebags have 4 jackets, 3 blankets, beanies, waterproof seat cover for back seat, shit tickets, first aid kit, standard household tool kit, bug spray, suncreen, collapsable fishing pole kit, tow ball and 7 to 4 adapter, 30' tow strap, 2 water bottles, padlock, chains, tie downs, jumper cables, ac converter, and crowbar. In bed - bedslide, football, 2 gloves/baseball/bat & bases, frisbee, volleyball, air pump, 4 arena seat cushions, and a sport umbrella...

Just got a harbor freight catalog in mail lol and was thinking of grabbing some cheap tools to keep in the truck, "just in case" kind of thing.

 

Got me wondering what else I should keep on hand. So was wondering what kind of crap you all store day-to-day?

NYC in the 60s & 70s - crime and home intrusions were rampant you'd dream about owning a handgun, $300 for a house long arm permit that you could only use in self defense if you were confronted after first retreating to the furthest point from entry into your house while the rest of the home was being looted. Moved to MD where thirty years ago you could buy a pistol in a hardware store for home and property defense - now with present P.R. MD restrictions it's become almost as bad as NYC - and surprisingly crime is way up.

 

Good old WV where State resident legal citizens not convicted of a felony after a 1 day NRA approved training course can get a no justification necessary 5 yr. concealed carry permit for personal defense for less than $100, stand your ground rights if attacked, and right for use in home defense against a criminal break-in. No limits on magazine size either; 100 rd. drums OK. State just moved to Constitutional carry - no permit required for State citizen non-felons, for concealed carry within the State, concealed carry permit still required for reciprocity in other 2nd Amendment abiding States. - criminal dirtbags are not stupid; personal crime is almost non existent and occupied home break-ins unheard of - and they don't even think of attacking a frail looking female jogger who may just be an Annie Oakley in disguise.

Truck gun, ammo, ratchet straps, jumper cables, jack, coats/blankets, first aid, tools, ice chest in the bed, chargers, cables, spare laptop, cleaning supplies, detailing supplies, mini-flat kit....pretty much everything because it is a "mobile home" when I use it, like my Excursion was.

Fire Extinguisher, 40-50 piece tool kit, bowling ball, hydraulic jack, flash light, jumper cables, and im sure im leaving out a couple other things. I got a toolbox in the bed, so that is where I keep everything.

Is the bowling ball for bowling or is there another reason you carry it? Just want to be ready at a moments notice to go bowling lol?

Jumper Cables, Towel, PA Class 2 truck sticker (called the PA State po-po and even they couldn't tell me if it needs to be on my windshield so I just put it in my glove box), pen and paper in center console in case anything ever jumps off and I need to start writing (ex-cop in me) and S & W .357 magnum, 2.5", 7 shot revolver with .158 grain hollow point FMJ ammo that could stop a heard of Elephants. If that doesn't do it my CCW is a Glock G30S (.45 ACP).

 

Everyone needs a gun to go with their trucks-come on guys!!
