I went with the official T&E tool beside of the amount of use I get out of it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Edited September 27, 2017 by pgamboa 1

pgamboa Posted September 27, 2017 Author Posted September 27, 2017 haha, but no one will ever know. ;) Except for me and anyone else that buys from me. So you'd recommend the PA-09 instead of the PA-20? You're right. I have the PA-20. I had PA-09 as well but found the crimp sleeves were too large for my use..If i remember.

As many harnesses as you make, the crimpers are an absolute no doubt. but for one offs, needle nose pliers would work fine. 1

I used the PA-20 crimper for a several months before finally deciding to get the ratcheting crimper. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
bndawgs Posted September 28, 2017 Posted September 28, 2017 I may try to tackle some of this, this weekend if the kids cooperate. or at least get the door panels taken off. 1
bndawgs Posted September 29, 2017 Posted September 29, 2017 (edited) easy part is done. Edited September 29, 2017 by bndawgs 1
henrypbui Posted September 29, 2017 Posted September 29, 2017 That actually looks good with the metal accent. Hmm, to install my all black or get those?
bndawgs Posted September 30, 2017 Posted September 30, 2017 I was hoping to get away with not painting the top piece. And so far I'm really liking the small contrast. So I'm going to stick with the chrome for now. I will say that wiring these up is not as easy as Phil makes it out to be. Be prepared for a lot of work to get these to work. I skipped some of the cosmetic stuff ie, wrapping the wires in the factory harness, etc just to save some time. But one rear door took me the better part of 4 hrs when it was all said and done. 1
