Hopefully this idiot had both of his rear tires blow in the lot before he had a chance to get on the road and adversely affect some innocent motorist. These yard employees that do this are obviously just handed the keys to a forklift and told have at it without the most rudimentary of safety training. I would love to be with an insurance underwriter that just happened by one of his clients place of business and witnessed this.

I think the lumber yard employees are not allowed or not supposed to tell customers how to load their lumber. This way no liability can be pursued if an accident occurs.

 

Same protocol when boating. They won't stop you from launching in high winds or if the boat is overloaded.
