Ok I tried running the A/C today and it never got cold.. turned to LO and tried with and without the inside air circulation. What could be the issue?

Low refrigerant for one

I would be highly disappointed, it's just over a month old and 600 miles on it. It's going back in for a leaky window for the second time so I'll add it to the list...

Tell them to check for open software updates too.

My 1 Feb 2019 build RST did this the other day. I got into the truck after lunch, and the auto AC was set to 74. (It was around 80 outside and hot in the cab). I blew a good 30-40 seconds of unconditioned air before I lowered the temp to 70. That initially did not work, but as I started to drive it kicked in.

Never has happened like that before. I have about 1050 miles on it in a month of use.

For some reason I thought you had a much older truck. Don't know how I did that.... Low refrigerant would be low on the list. Make sure you actually have activated the AC and not just running vent. Has someone the other day that was the problem. Thought they had it on AC and it wasn't.

Check for compressor running too

Yeah it's definitely activated right I have a loaner RST that blows ice cold. I just dropped it off to have the rear window fixed a second time. I advised them about the A/C also. Thanks for the help. I'll post back what they say about the A/C.

I've had a/c issues in mine as well. I've had my trailboss LT since november and I just picked it up a third time for being there for the A/C. The first time they couldn't diagnose the problem so filled it with dye. Then they ended up replacing a part the second time. This time they refilled it with dye and still couldn't find a leak but it keeps losing refrigerant. have had to take it back in about once a month. Needless to say I'm quite frustrated. Maybe we are having a similar issue.

So I got mine back from getting the rear window fixed and the A/C. They advised me it was low on freon and they filled it up and put dye in it.. I have a feeling it's going to go out again. How does a brand new truck have no freon in it??

Do you have the dual zone system or manual? If it's dual zone then it may be some issues with one of the computer modules. Thay can check it with their computers at the dealer, of course, if there is no refrigerant leakage!

It is not uncommon for a vehicle to be shipped from the factory without Freon.

You have a full warranty and a new truck. Take it to your dealer and they can check the charge.

Just had my 2019 RST in yesterday for this drivers side was warm, passenger side was cold.  Thought it was the dual climate mixer door, but that tested fine.  Found out it was 0.2 kg low on coolant.  Pressure tested it with no leaks, and refilled the system.  it blew cold before about two weeks ago.  I suspect there's a small leak somewhere.
