Disable auto stop

Is there a way to disable the auto stop feature for good? It drives me crazy, and it defaults back to the on position every ignition cycle. Anyone?

There are a handful of topics on this subject. Right now there are two options

Range makes an odbii plug in device as an option. The other is autstop eliminator you have to take apart part of the dash/radio and install (plug and play) a wire harness

I have a 2019 Denali, how difficult is it to install? Instructions look a bit intimidating in removing the plastic. Unfortunately, they don't have an installation video for a Denali.

Ummm you use the one for GMC Sierra

Get some plastic panel tools, take your time, and don't do it in cold weather. Plastic isn't very forgiving when it's cold.

Installed the Autostop Eliminator this morning. Pretty easy. The hardest part was getting the side panels of the console back on.

Works like a charm.
