I looked at those, but was concerned about getting them back off due to the threadlocker.

Yeah it's on there pretty good, but sure I could get it off with a set of pliers if needed.

Not sure about the above antennas but I can attest that the KEYO1E is probably the best shorty antenna on the market. This is what most here on the forum are using (including myself) with no reception loss.

Finally decided to replace the factory antenna. Just ordered this one from Amazon. Not prime, so will take a few days to arrive.

Let us know how the reception is. I’d love to get one, but we’re in the suburbs, I’m concerned about receiving HD stations.

For sure you won't have HD reception trouble going with the KEYO1. I compared it before and after. Others here can also attest to it.

I can, but I haven't listened to FM/AM radio in over 14 years. It's been all SXM, Pandora, and Podcasts. I don't listen to rap or country. I am also in suburbia, but I may not be the best person to provide scientific results. I could find another 19 Silverado and listen side by side possibly.

I went against the grain a bit, because I saw the KEY01 on a Silverado in a parking lot last week and it was just a bit too short for me. No doubt it’s a great antenna as it seems like 80%+ on here run it, but was too much of a difference for me. So, I went with this 13” one and like the looks. Just installed last night and was in the truck for about 2 minutes afterwards. Didn’t have a chance to cycle through all my stations, but was happy with what I heard. Will report back if that is different over the next couple days. And if you move now, 50% off with next day on Prime!
