If i ever decide to get steps itll be these. Love the style of them. The offroad look i like

This ar half the price, but look very similar to the one of that style. BUT, own are powder coated stainless and the step plane runs the length of the tube. Keep your eyes open and watch for a take-off for sale.

The N-Fab are great as they actually provide protection to the rockers and do not look like the atrocious handicapped steps most are putting on their truck.  The N-Fab also come without those stupid handicapped steps.  You can buy the handicapped steps for the N-Fab bars for additional money but they screw up your ground clearance.  The N-Fab handicapped steps just bolt on to the rocker protectors.  I've had the N-Fab on my JL Wrangler for nearly 1.5 years and they've held up great to repeated abuse from rocks, big rocks.

What's your beef with handicapped folks?

No issue with handicapped folks, I just don't understand handicapped steps being installed on trucks that take away from the ground clearance and get ripped off the first time you get hung up on even a medium sized rock.  Hell they did away with "running boards" on cars back in the 30's or 40's.  I guess they're fine for trucks who serve only as mall crawlers...

Most people who have trucks, aren't taking them "Serious" off-roading. They are using their trucks as family haulers. I like running boards because when my kids where littler, they used them to get in and out of truck, heck my 8 year old still loves jumping up on them. I find them handy also to use to get in and out of truck. Just makes it a bit easier to slide in and out of. I also like them because they cut down on the rock chips.

One reason I chose stationary boards because of this. My buddy had an 18 Escalade with retractable boards, and the amount of rock chips he had compared to his 16 that had stationary boards was ridiculous. Yes, I know retractable boards can be set to stay out, but then you might as well saved yourself tons of $$ by choosing the stationary boards in the first place.

If you do "Serious" off-roading, they can always be taken off and sold on Craigslist for a profit, or you can buy the ones that protect the side of the truck more. To each their own!!

I was finally able to order these and install the same weekend, after daaaays of deciding between these Go Rhino RB20s or the NFab Podiums. Im glad I went with these Go Rhinos since its flat all the way through and that helps me wash and clean the top part of the truck without needing to watch my footing as much. The texture feels just like the line-x I have in the bed of my truck which I had done a few days after installing these boards. I tried to take pics of all angles and I think theyre badass!!

OEM chrome running boards. Just enough chrome to mesh with rest of the chrome on the truck. I also love how they extend to the rear wheel well. I can wash and dry the entire back window and tonneau cover without a step ladder or needing to step up onto the rear wheel.

Interesting, I have the same on my TB but they are not quite as long.  Guess they used different lengths for the trailboss vs other models.

Also are you guys mounting straight to the body? I have seen some people do a bit of weather strip so the metals aren’t directly against each other.

I used rubber washers so that it would not be metal to metal.

My local Lowe's... I took one of the screws/bolts and matched the diameter.
