Passenger window won't work and door says its open

Looking for some help with this 2016 silverado,  the passenger door says it's open and the power window won't work. We looked at the connections at the hinge point of the passenger door and all connections in the door,  I haven't found any bad fuses, and I'm not really sure where to go from here. Any help would be great.

You need to check the wires in the rubber boot between the door and body. It's a pain, but most likely you'll find a break in the wires in that boot.

I looked there, and cant find anything. I have read that the big black wire may come loose or break, but it looks good and I also ohmed it from the harness in the door hinge to the harness that goes on the door panel and its good.

Sounds like it needs a latch then if you’ve checked the wiring
