I have a issue with my Left blinker.  
Front outside and Rear flashes very fast on left turn signal, but the front inner just stays steady.  All fuses are good.
Is it a grounding issue, or a flasher module needs to be replaced?  
Thanks for any good input.

Did you check your blinker fluid level?

Seriously, did this problem just develop? Fast blinker usually means bulb burnt out, and will also happen if you replace it with a LED bulb. Don’t know about the steady light - need to check and see what mine does.
