Well its time to give up the quest. After constant pulling to right, crazy vibration on the freeway, brakes and continued excessive road feel on the freeway. Driving on the freeway makes the steering move with every tiny bump. Its just not how a modern truck should drive. Had a case number with GM Sr Advisor and was at the dealer for 3 days. That didn't help. Picked it up today and the dealer told me "It drives like GM HDs are supposed to". Nothing I can do but accept GM can't make a decent driving HD truck. I feel like I was conned into the sale. Should have tested the truck greater at higher speeds but I never would have thought. I do like the way the truck looks and the features but.... Anyway be careful before you buy an HD GM. I think they have a lot to figure out on a quality truck. Going to look at Titan XDs and Fords new F150 with Max Payload or Fords Super Duty. RAM has a lot of AC issues that won't work for me.

I'd find another dealer or start calling GM corporate. I only have 1400 miles on mine so far.  It does pull slightly to the right - but not nearly as bad as my Ram did. But I have none of the other issues you described and I have pulled my 12K fifth wheel for about half of my miles. Mine is a Chevy LT so it doesn't have the same steering setup as yours - and thankfully none of the issues you described. Did you ask the dealer if you could take another Denali for a test drive? If they "all" do it, then you should be able to repeat the symptoms with any truck you pick.

Mine pulls to the right also.  Three trips to the dealer and still pulls.  They cant fix it.

I dont have the other issues you are seeing at high speed.

I love this truck.  I love everything about it...  I wish they would fix the steering.  Had I known how bad the steering was, honestly, I probably would have gone with a FO**.

For those looking at the new HD's from Chevy/GMC - test drive the crap out of it.  Take it to the interstate.  If it doesn't drive straight, you must understand that THERE IS, AS OF NOW, NO FIX FOR IT.

I wonder why they can't figure it out. My 6.6 CC standard bed steering is great. Only 7000 into it, but I've towed heavy a few times. Crappy Michigan roads. And I haven't been gentle with it in the woods. It tracks just fine. If there is a lot of crown to the road, it will amplify it with these wide 20" tires. Often I find myself looking for or worrying about potential problems after reading about the issues here. Thankfully I've been spared to this point. Also glad I didnt have them replace the back window with a slider yet.

Titans suck.  Which is why they don't sell.  No more Cummins diesel in them as of 2020 and no more king cab.  Don't go the route of Nissan.  You'll be sorry.

If you want to stop having steering and suspension issues don't go ford.  I am trading in my 18 f350 after multiple issues of death wobble.  The truck can't track straight worth a damn, sometimes it pulls left sometimes it pulls right.  I am coming back to gm after a few years away with a chevy 3500 drw on order that should be here next month.

Wonder why they are doing away with the diesel in them. Ive got a close friend with the Titan diesel and he loves it.  I'm just not a fan of the Titan styling.

Now I'm confused what to get. Sounds like we need to ask Honda to make an HD truck due to US vehicles are back to the 80s when they didn't make quality vehicles. Still leaning toward Ford. My brother in law just purchase the 2020 F250 and it handles on the freeway nicely. Impressed with it so far. Still wish I could own a GM. I was told today by someone that one of the many GM design problems is in the poor design of the digital steering assist and it is only on the higher versions of the truck that has the digital assist. Don't know if that true but interesting.

Don't know about digital assist, but I do know my 2500 AT4 has been perfect. Even once I put 37's on it and leveled it, it's still a been a smooth ride with no pulling. Now, the 2019 F-250 I drove before buying my Sierra had a teeth rattling vibration north of 65mph. Salesman tried to say the tires may have been flat spotted. I wasn't buying that excuse

Do you really think that is a realistic time frame for this problem to be completely solved?

Good luck on your next purchase. Pretty sure Brand X would have no better results in that time frame.

They couldn't sell them.  Probably because they are so ugly.  They are the ugliest truck out there.  I have no doubt the Diesel engine was magnificent in them. But looks matter.

Look at their sales numbers:  Pretty shitty, eh?  I'm surprised they haven't discontinued the Titan altogether, but maybe we'll see them do so in the next year or two.

Did you drive any other new AT4’s or Denali’s?

My AT4 gas drives better than my ‘16 LTZ Diesel did.
FWIW My ‘07 Classic Diesel drove and was the most comfortable of both.

I saw on this forum someone with similar road feel problems traded in for a 2021 same hd model and doesnt have the same issue. Drives night vs day different they said. Anyone else have a 2021? My trucks been back to the dealer too many times.

My 3500srw AT4 has18,000 on it drives perfect never been back to the dealer AT4 have the digital assist I also had a 2017 Denali with digital assist also no problems. There’s definitely a fix. Bring it back a couple more times then get a lemon law lawyer and make them buy it back. I had to do it on a 2010 Dodge HD with a trans problem It’s not hard just keep bringing it back and document everything
