7600 miles and it’s flawless.

That's great!

I look forward to getting one myself, the little whistle reminded me a diesel when we drove it....I was pleasantly surprised it didn't sound like a 4 cylinder at all.

I usually get 20-21 mpg in my 2016 with the 5.3....I am hoping for a little better from the turbo.

So far the GM chat window (virtual advisor).....but I asked my salesman about it the last time I was in there to be sure I was getting accurate info and he said sometimes the chat window had told people stuff before it showed up in his system.

Seems like it must be pretty good.

I’ll ask the chat tomorrow

It's a piece of cake, just go to Chevrolet.com click on that little black and white bubble on the bottom right.....Enter the word..."Hi"....Then enter your name....then enter "Check on order".....then enter your 6 digit order number.

I can do it in about 1 minute total....I have had too much practice at it....lol

If you ordered a 2WD standard cab 2.7L you are gonna love the mileage. Assuming you are in Tejas and mostly flat land driving it will blow you away compared to the 5.3L in your 2016.

Since its warming here in Southern CO but I am located at 9000' and rougher country with a factory lifted trail boss when I am on the highway I am pushing a lot of air.  Your drag will be dramatically lower. I counter that by driving 60 mph lately on highway.

From home to Alamosa a few days ago for VA appt I saw 25.7 mpg.  I am pushing 23 mpg average on 85 octane CENEX E10 regular.

I aired duratrac MT tires up to 50 psi @ 50 F.  Like every GM engine lately they overfuel so bad when temps come up above 50F they do seem to get better MPG so in Texas you are gonna be at optimum temp fast.

You may have the GRUMPY BEAR 2.7L MPG king I am betting depending on how you drive. Can't wait to see how your new truck does.

Is this a LTD or 2022 with HO L3B?

At first I wasn't real hip on anything but a V8, but the more I read the more impressed I am....how could you not be!

I did order the 2WD mainly for the reason you said lighter and better MPG's, I went back and forth and couldn't see losing the MPG's when I wouldn't really be using the 4WD any way.

I was always real happy getting the mileage I get from the 5.3, but the mid 20's....I'll take it!

It will be a '22 with the new HO version.

You are so right!

Shoot it might even get 26-27.....can't wait to find out.

I am not sure how much lighter the regular cab short bed is, but it's got to be quite a bit...should do nothing but help.

my dealer send me a email that says your AT4 IS now placed for production, what is that mean  GM has excepted the order or the truck is scheduled for build ?

Okay everyone, I ordered April 1st and here I sit at 1100 still.....order not accepted by GM.

Running out of time on the 22 model, do y'all think I should try another dealer.....maybe a bigger dealer would have better allocation to get a regular cab.....or is this how it's going to be everywhere?
