$4.28 in our small town, paid $3.90 next big town. 85 Oct.

We had a minor downturn in prices for like 2 weeks, so as low as $3.28 a gallon.

Now in the matter of two days the stations that were around $3.40-3.50 are now at $4.09 and it may keep going higher. 60-70+ cents in less than a week is nuts, some refinery problem they say. Shows just how fragile this still is and they'll never fix it.

Still holding steady here, Low buck place went from $3.35 to $3.43 a couple weeks ago and dropped to $3.39 this week. Holding steady out on the hiway at  the high volume stations $3.46-$3.49. Tankers are there daily dropping a load. I thought that refinery fire might drive the price up but that doesn't seem to be the case in this area
