Finally turned. $3.19. Even found Shell 93+ for $3.70

This is silly here. $3.05 lowest non-Top Tier to $3.59 highest (Mobil). Leak/shutdown in/of the Keystone Pipeline the blamed cause.  Oddly I've found one Shell V Power Nitro + 93 as low as $3.70! And most under $4.00. Local E-85 at Meijer is $3.05...that's nutty.
