I am a fan of chrome bumpers (easier to clean bugs off) versus painted bumpers.

How difficult would it be to purchase a Denali, remove the panted bumper and replace with SLT bumpers?

Wow that looks great.  That would make the front of my black 23 Denali pop.

Yeah! I used Microsoft Paint to cut a SLT Chrome Bumper and place it on a Denali image to see how it would look. I like it, so now I wonder the difficulty of swapping the actual bumpers? I wish I could build a GMC with this option on their website.

Check YouTube for companies that have bumper upgrades. I found a good video to help me replace my rear bumper on a 2020 Silverado after a bumper bender. The rear bumper replacement was not difficult: release the RV receptacle, 2 wiring harness and 4 nuts.

The chrome bumper piece itself is relatively cheap, its all of the plastic pieces, mounts, etc. that really start adding to the price.  I dinged my chrome bumper and purchased a new chrome bumper on facebook marketplace, minus all of the attachments and hardware, for less than 200 bucks, still in the GM wrapper.  I removed the old bumper and hardware and swapped it all over to the new bumper piece in a matter of an hour or two.

My suggestion would be to look through facebook marketplace, see if you can find one there, and do the swap yourself since its so easy to do.

VERY nice!  I too prefer chrome to painted, but mostly due to stone chips.  Can't say I would go to the extent of swapping out though....gettin' too old for that. 😉

Bought my '21 Denali during the "chip issue" and the SLTs' were not being produced with all the bells and whistles my '18 SLT had.... this '21 Satin Steel showed up at a dealer with the options I needed and with a very favorable trade-in of the '18, I jumped on it. The only chip restrictions on my Denali were rear heated seats (which after 20 months I'm still hoping / waiting to get retro-fitted!!) the auto-stop-start and HD radio... and can easily live without the second two of three. 👍

Have some quality PPF put on the painted bumper and it's much easier to clean and protects the paint. That's what I did on any 2023 High Country.

Chrome is nice to add pop here and there, but IMHO that is just too much in the front.

I'm with LE, leave as-is...

IMO I'd leave it and PPF the front.

You are just gonna end up looking like an SLT which in turn, you could have saved a few thousand $$$$ and just bought an SLT.
