If anybody is still looking for a good buy on wheels with the controls, there are a bunch of them on car-part.com. I just picked one up brand new, ebony leather with cruise and radio shipped for $64.00. There are 2 pages of them from 2008-2010.

Which yard did you order from?

 

 

Ordered it from Schram Auto. I told them it didn't matter what kind of shape it was in because I just wanted the harness, he said most of them are like brand new.

I have PMed Schram's several times and was getting ready to order but when I asked about the harness for the radio controls they said it didn't come with it. Did yours have it?

Odds are they think you are referring to an extra part. If it is a OEM part with the audio controls, the wiring is located inside of the wheel.

YES....The harness came inside the wheel. I just got it all and swapped out harnesses and installed the radio controls. Everything works great. The wheel does come with the harness if you order the one with both cruise and radio controls.

 

When I first talked to them they said it didn't have a harness. The contacted me and said if it's in the wheel I get it. They thought I was asking about wires in the steering colum?

If anyone is looking at doing this swap then you have got to call Schram's and get a steering wheel!! Seriously, don't even waste time on Ebay. Like BlackZ71Silverado said on the above post order a 15917931 if you need an Ebony with cruise and radio controls. I just got my package today and the wheel looks brand new. I dealt with Greg there at Schram's and he hooked me up with the SW at a super price delivered here to Alabama. I guess it won't hurt to divulge the price even though it was kind of a mix up, but it was $50 delivered. Sweet deal.

Ya, price was a mix up, but we'll never hold that against someone when we screw up. $65 is the "laid in" price for the item, or $50 picked up for anyone on this fourm. I don't think we have them on eBay yet, but they'll be on there for $84.95 with free shipping in the short future, I'll also have a link in my vendor forum to buy it from my website for $64.95 laid in. But don't ask for Greg! We don't have one! Clarke33, I was the one who helped you with this I think (my name is Scott) I'm not the person to get a hold of either. Blake is the guy to see on these, I was just covering while he was on vacation, hence the price screw up.

Dang Scott!! I beg your forgiveness! Nobody can ever accuse me of being good with names for sure. I do appreciate the good deal and will definitely use Y'all in the future for my parts needs.
