P0305 cylinder 5 misfire

I have a 2005 Canyon and am receiving the P0305 Misfire code. I haven't really looked into it yet. Thought I'd ask if anyone has seen a quick and common fix for this. I have 3 things in mind. New plugs, new wires, or a coil problem. ANy ideas before I tackle the issue? It has come up twice and I have cleared the code both times. Don't really see any driveability issues. Gas mileage hasn't changed.

Try swapping a plug wire from another cylinder, then swap coil packs. See if the misfire moves.

 

An intake leak can cause misfires also

Common for these motors to burn valves. It is Coil on plug too so no wire
