I'll be changing diff. fluids tomorrow and my tcase gasket. Screwed up on the last one, forgot to scrape off the old gasket. Costing me now. Also plan on flushing trans before winter but need a backup o ring for my mag hytec trans pan

No expert, but I'm pretttyyy sure that's from the gears breaking in. At least, I hope it is

Fluid was also milky, not sure how water got in the front diff. Could explain why it's been quite noisy lately

Got the 37s home! Really happy with the buy! They are massive! Filled up my whole truck bed!

Did you replace the cover because it had a nick on it? lol

And today I filled her up and took a drive up to Carefree/cavecreek with the family. We just drove around some back roads and enjoyed the scenery, while also hitting up some fun dirt trails.

Not to worry old chap, that is normal. I like to drain the front and rear diff between 10,000-15,000 miles, same with the transfer case, then every 30,000 miles after that or sooner if needed (severe duty/water crossings) I will also do the tranny drain/fill or flush every 30,000 miles, coolant, power steering, and brake fluid every 50,000 miles (mostly because I will do 50,000 miles in about 10 years so age plays more into that. Never had a problem that way.

^^^ Yeah I do bout 20 - 25k a year so I normally do diff fluids, tcase and trans fluid once a year. Most of the time I'm working on something in between those times so I normally never make it the full 30k lol

Drove to the track for the races and after a 30 minute drive realized we forgot the key for the ramps. So we parked off road to angle the trailer right.
