I have for sale a GM Personal Audio Link which enables you to use your ipod with a stock radio in your silverado. I purchased this unit when i first got my truck but no longer need it as I have a nav radio. It is known working with a 2010 Silverado. I am asking $115 as the unit retails for $135+. No cosmetic flaws.

PS It is not my responsibility to know if this will work in your truck. I can advise from what I personally use, but I guarantee nothing.

will this allow me to do anything different than with my usb factory nav?

Links fixed. I don't think it will hardy. It basically allows you to attach an ipod/iphone, charge your device, enables you to navigate the ipod/iphone via the radio. I only know how it works for an ipod as I do not have an iphone.
