any body here install a long arm setup? I am curious as to how the ride quality is and how much it affects the towing capabilities.

I know this may sound funny but has anyone with their lifted truck after a while feel like its tiny or doesn't look lifted? Ive had mine for a bit now and to me it feels like a stock truck and doesn't seem all that high to me lol maybe its cause I'm 6'3" idk

Been driving lifted trucks since I was 19 and can confirm they feel normal now. Stock height are low riders.

Same thing with lifting weights. You always feel like youre never as jacked as you should/could be

Yeah. It's a terrible disease. I want 37s next. Then I'll want 40s. It doesn't stop. Lol

Ok boys need some help!

I'm looking at putting the performance accessories 3" body lift kit part#10293, but I can't really find any reviews and was wondering if anyone is running it. I'm adding it to my RC 2.5 level kit cuz I wanna run 37s:). Please help on if on this kit.

No cutting for suspension install is not going to happen. I have 5" lift x12 -44 equivalent 33x12.50x22 and rub cab side fender pretty good at max lock. 6" lift MIGHT give you clearance but I can't say for certain. With price out of the question most would steer you towards FTS or BDS...one thing you have to consider on the lift is if it increases the track width. There is no way x12s will work on 6" lift if you go with a lift that increases track width

Thanks for the reply! While cost is not an object, I do not want to pay more for the same or less. At first, I was kind of scared of the RCX, but they have a lift that does not use knuckles. They say the 7" will clear the 33 x 12.5. They said it would clear a 35 if I was not using the 12" wide rims. Any thoughts on a smooth ride shock?
