Just go look. My truck hasn't arrived so I ordered the aluminum one and if the bolts are to long I'll grind them down a bit only 10 mm difference in length

I know I'm going to sound dumb, but I have a 14 Z71 Silverado and how do I know if I have aluminum or stell a-arms so I know which kit to order?

alluminum silver steel is black

Does anyone know if it is feasible to go 22" wheels with all terrain tires and a leveling kit on a 2014 Sierra SLT?

The only thing that would be affected by adding a leveling kit would be your camber and caster, which means you would maybe feel a bit squirly and have some darting on the highway.

Actually, with all the talk about ball joint wear, I thought perhaps so; however, it turns out that the only thing affected was the toe-in. Who knew?!?!

Camber definitely gets affected you can visually see it with spacer levels. The problem is that "spec" is a wide range and as long as it shows green on the computer they won't touch it.

Edit. I see your camber is negative that's odd I would have assumed positive.

The best way to tell is to use a magnet. If it sticks they're steel. If not, aluminum. There's no way to know if the factory suddenly starts painting the aluminum arms.

I'm installing a motofab ebay 1.5" level this week too, did it affect the ride quality at all?

Nope, rides like factory. I put mine on will 300 miles on my truck. YMMV

I find that the 2" level makes the truck look nose high even the the wheel wells measure to be level. 1.5" I think will be perfect, it will have the same rake as a 2.5" level that comes with a block for the rear.
