You lost that much jumping up a 1/2" in tire size? Truck does look great thou…

It has more to do with the weight of the tires and the flatter stance. I notice it spends a lot more time on V8 mode.

Are you calculating it correctly for the new tire size? or going by the display?

Hand calc. The difference tire size only makes a 1.6% difference so it's basically negligible.

I've got a 6" lift and still get 17-18 mpg highway (downhill with the wind.... ;) ).

No but really I was surprised I still got that good of gas mileage. My 2010 gmc sierra SLT got 14 mpg with a 4" lift. My 2008 silverado with a leveling kit got less than that, granted it was a 4.8L.

Anyways. Carry on.

I had a Zone Off-road 2" level kit put on my 2014.

It measures 38.75" from the center of both wheel wells to the ground front and rear.

I also added a set of Timbren SES rubber helper springs to the rear to prevent too much squatting with a heavy load in the bed.

I am pleased with the new look it gives the truck.

Yes they are pretty easy.

I'm going to order the 3.75" combo kit tonight.

Does anyone on here have the body kit part done?

Also does rough country do a members discount?

I went with the zone 1.5" body lift and 2.5" rough country. Gave 4" instead of 3.75"

I'm happy with the zone body lift. After there were a couple other people on here that did there's too; they were happy with it also

This is the setup, 4" combo, that I'm eyeing. Is your body lift RC as well or Zone seems to be the popular one. I'd like to do Toyo AT II's in 295/70/18, on my stockers for now. I've seen one truck with this on a 4" suspension and it works, mostly, offset caused slight rubbing. TIA.

I have zone body lift. I went with them because I've had a zone BL on a past truck and like it.

Are you wanting to go with a 4" suspension and a 1.5 body lift, 5.5 total? if so you shouldn't have any problem clearing that tire.

Thanks. I was looking at doing rc 2.5 level and zone 1.5. Total of 4. Not sure if these tires will make it. Wanted to run my stock 18s, but if a different offset is required to get away with the 295 70 18s, I will either go that route or try a smaller size.

Ok thats the set up I have

I think as long as your close to stock offset you will be fine. I'm running a -12 offset and 305/55r20; if I would have went closer to stock offset I could have fit a larger tire

Here is all the info when I did mine.

Good to hear. I actually like the stock Z71 18's. Might powder coat or change them, but I like the design. All I need to do is put some more miles on now and wear out the SRA's. I can get clearance from "the bank" to get larger tires if I use up the factories first. 15xxx and counting. They look like they are wearing down quick at this rate though. I was trying to find your thread ealier. There is a lot of good info in that one. Thanks again.

Yeah I don't know whos bright idea it was to move it out of the 2014 section when we have all these other similar ones in here but oh well. I've had quite a few PM's asking me if the thread was deleted
